A group of three people, including the dean and secretary of the School of Electronic Engineering at Henan Institute of Technology, visited Wanxin Electric to tour the production lines. Mr. Zhao Zhang, the company's general manager, and Mr. He, the vice general manager of production, accompanied them throughout the tour, patiently explaining the operational details of each production line.
Each year, some students from the School of Electronic Engineering at Henan Institute of Technology come to our company for internships or part-time work. Our company, in conjunction with the production plan and student availability, provides students with relevant positions and assigns a dedicated mentor, forming a one-on-one apprenticeship model.
