To accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, strengthen the role of enterprises as the main body of innovation, encourage industrial enterprises to carry out technological innovation, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology launched the selection of provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprises, and recently announced the list of 2023 Henan Provincial Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises. Among them, seven enterprises from Xinxiang City, including China Railway Equipment, Xinlianxin Cryogenic, Wanxin Electric, Pinghe Filter, Daling Rubber, Ketel Machinery, and Gaofu Machinery, were successfully selected.
Technological innovation demonstration enterprises mainly refer to enterprises with strong technological innovation capabilities, remarkable innovation achievements, and important demonstration and guiding roles in major industrial sectors. The seven selected enterprises in the city have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes. Through continuous innovation and R&D investment, they actively implement technological transformation, master core technologies for enterprise development with independent intellectual property rights, and their overall technological level is among the top in the same industry. They strive to create and foster an innovative corporate culture.
Innovation is the core driving force for enterprise development. Through the demonstration and guidance of technological innovation demonstration enterprises, it can promote enterprises to maintain high-intensity R&D investment, attach importance to the cultivation, introduction, use, and management of scientific and technological personnel and highly skilled personnel, increase the intensity of innovation results transformation, and continuously enhance core competitiveness. Next, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will carefully manage the technological innovation demonstration enterprises, encourage provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprises to strengthen and improve the construction of enterprise technological innovation systems, play a leading and supporting role in technological innovation and product R&D for upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and summarize and publicize the methods and experience of technological innovation work, making contributions to the overall improvement of the technological innovation level of industrial enterprises in Xinxiang City.
