The main leaders of the four leading groups of the district and the members of the district committee standing committee were seated on the rostrum. District Mayor Liu Huaibin pointed out that this year is the concluding year of the "14th Five-Year Plan." We must continue to strive for advanced positions and upgrades in all aspects of our work. This is a practical measure to implement the requirements of the central government and the provincial and municipal governments and a pragmatic strategy to adapt to the trend of high-quality development. We must establish a strong awareness of striving for advanced positions, efficiency, service, and the people. We are confident that together with the people of the entire district, we will unite more closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, stand together, think together, and work together to make every effort to promote the construction of a modernized "Happy Hongqi" and "Model District," and strive to write a new chapter of Xinxiang practice of Chinese-style modernization in Hongqi.

Over the past year, we have forged ahead in the face of complex challenges and flourished in opportunities. Looking ahead to the new year, the market environment remains severe, and industry competition is unprecedentedly fierce. In 2025, we will actively integrate into the blueprint for high-quality development in Hongqi District, working together in the same direction, and contributing greater strength to the extension, supplementation, and strengthening of the optoelectronic information industry. Specifically, we will focus on four key areas:

First, in terms of enterprise development strategy, we will plan for industry advantages and extend upstream industries. This year is the last year of the "14th Five-Year Plan," and the grand blueprint for the "15th Five-Year Plan" is about to begin. In order to cope with the "reshuffling" of the industry in the future, the company began to extend its upstream industries in 2022. In the past two years, we have established three subsidiaries in Hongqi District: Weixin Electric Energy Storage, Yucheng Technology, and Jincheng Plastics. Among them, Weixin Electric Energy Storage has been cultivated into a high-tech enterprise and a provincial-level specialized and new enterprise. Two more companies are accelerating their plans to land in Hongqi. The establishment of these companies has not only improved the company's core competitiveness but also made the company more stable in the face of changes in the times.

Second, we will enhance our independent innovation capabilities and advance into the new productivity industry. In the current era of accelerating industry evolution, with the development of emerging industries and future industries such as artificial intelligence, electronic information, humanoid robots, new energy, and high-end power equipment, we increasingly feel the "constraints" of our R&D team and the "imbalance" of our product structure. We will proactively plan for the establishment of a Shanghai R&D center before 2025, strengthen the construction of independent innovation capabilities, focus on our core business, conduct in-depth research on core tracks related to the next 10 years, and adopt a strategy of "researching one generation, reserving one generation, and producing one generation" to enrich our product lineup.

Third, we will accelerate the digital transformation around the upgrading of manufacturing. Since 2021, the company has planned a three-stage "digital transformation construction" plan and built a 5G network base station with China Unicom. In 2024, the Digital Department was officially established. Today, we have become a benchmark enterprise for digital transformation in Henan Province and one of the first benchmark enterprises for digital construction in Xinxiang City. I believe that in the near future, excellent digital smart factories will surely "take root" in Hongqi, and enterprise digital transformation will become a "sharp sword" in the competition of the manufacturing industry!

Fourth, we will bravely assume social responsibility. We love our country and our home, and we never forget our original aspirations; we put people first and ourselves last. Only in this way can those who benefit the masses benefit the enterprise. Since 2024, all cadres of the enterprise have been "reading Yangming and learning from Inamori," conducting field visits to excellent enterprises such as Henan Mining and Pang Donglai, arranging employment for more than 1,000 people, and donating more than 1 million yuan for poverty relief and donations. According to the plan, in 2025, we are implementing a plan to support 10 students or families in our district.

In the new year, Wanxin Electric will focus on breakthroughs in key areas such as "scientific planning of development strategies, construction of talent teams, AI-based marketing platforms, digital transformation of smart factories, and the integrated development of new productivity industries." At the same time, we will actively integrate into the construction of the industrial chain ecosystem in Hongqi District, play a leading role, and strive to be a model in technological innovation, technological transformation, management improvement, and leadership, maintaining a new driving force for sustained and stable development and making new contributions to the economic development of Hongqi District!
