Recently, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of 2024 Henan Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises, with a total of 121 enterprises in the province receiving this honor. Among them, 20 Xinxiang enterprises, including Neukolun, Tianli Lithium Energy, Wanxin Electric, Hualan Vaccine, and Huajia New Materials, were selected, ranking second in the province and accounting for 16.5% of the total number in the province. To date, the city has cultivated a total of 42 provincial manufacturing single champion enterprises, ranking second in the province and accounting for 15.3% of the total number in the province.
Neukolun, selected this time, is a supplier of lightweight and intelligent lifting and material handling integrated solutions using electric hoists as the main lifting mechanism. Its main product, wire rope electric hoist, accounts for 15% of the national market share. The company's new Chinese-style electric hoist adopts the design concept of modularization, lightweight, intelligence, and remote maintenance services, and its core technologies are all independently controllable.
Tianli Lithium Energy is a modern listed company integrating the research, development, and production of lithium battery ternary cathode materials and lithium iron phosphate materials, as well as lithium battery recycling. Its main product, lithium battery ternary cathode materials, accounts for approximately 20% of the national market share in the small power subdivision field.
Wanxin Electric is deeply involved in the intelligent grid power management. The company has the full-process design and processing capabilities of high and low voltage reactive power compensation, harmonic control, intelligent power meters, and microcomputer protection series ODM. Among them, the power distribution situation perception technology and the high-reliability control technology for capacitive loads are among the top in the country. Its main product, low-voltage shunt capacitor, has a market share of 67.5% in the province.
In recent years, Xinxiang City has focused on the "542" advanced manufacturing system and the "8+17+N" industrial chain cluster construction, continuously increasing its support for the cultivation of high-quality enterprises such as manufacturing single champion enterprises, promoting the continuous growth in the number and steady improvement in the quality of single champion enterprises. Next, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will adhere to the "pyramid" tiered cultivation system, discover and reserve a batch of seed enterprises that have the potential to become national-level single champion enterprises, guide enterprises to focus on their main businesses, and cultivate their unique skills.
