1、Design concept
Ø Industrial APF/SVG is a product specifically designed by our company for industrial environments, with active module vertical structure design. In this structural mode, large-capacity IGBT power devices are used, and more than three times the effective value of the device is selected, leaving a large enough safety margin. This allows the device to operate for extended periods under heavy load impact.
Ø The module adopts axial fan for heat dissipation, with large air volume, sufficient wind pressure and good heat dissipation; The entire cabinet utilizes a lower air inlet and an upper air outlet. The top of the cabinet is equipped with an axial flow fan for ventilation, while the bottom features a dust-proof shutter for air intake. This design effectively isolates the external environment, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature industrial sites and harsh environments with significant dust.

Ø Suitable for industrial load distribution systems with a 5%-25% harmonic voltage distortion rate, μs-level instantaneous response, and a full response time of less than 10ms.

Ø RMS peak double setting automatic current limit algorithm, when the load harmonic current is greater than the output of the device, the device output can be automatically limited to 100% output, no overload risk.
Ø Complete protection functions, with over-current, over-voltage, undervoltage, over-temperature and other protection functions to ensure safe and reliable system operation.

Ø Improved detection technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory, can detect harmonic current in real time, automatically track load harmonic changes, with high controllability and fast response.

Ø Auto diagnostic and restart functionality: If outages are unrelated to device faults, the system self-diagnoses both external grid and internal conditions before restarting. Ø Up to 3 automatic recoveries within 30 minutes; if unsuccessful, triggers fault alarm to upper-level control system and lights device fault indicator.
